- 2 Approve 5 Health and Social Services, Behavioral Health Division contracts for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025: $1,925,836 with Bay Area Community Services to provide Full-Service Partnership (FSP) services to adults with severe mental health conditions; $2,548,306 with Felton Institute to provide outpatient and case management services to adults; $368,300 with Early Childhood Mental Health Program for Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment services to eligible children; $767,115 with Victor Community Support Services for intensive FSP services to youth with a severe mental illness; and $1,370,033 with Seneca Family of Agencies for the Transition Age Youth FSP program; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the 5 contracts and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999 each; and Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request in the amount of $1,941,468 to recognize appropriations and revenue in Fund 902 and 906 (4/5 vote required)
