  34. 7 Approve a contract with Health Management Associates for $760,000 to provide ongoing project management, consulting, and technical assistance related to CalAIM Providing Access and Transforming Health Justice-Involved (PATH-JI) for the period of March 15, 2025 through November 1, 2026; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the contract and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, including changes to terms and conditions and/or scope of services not to exceed an annual aggregate of $74,999; and Authorize the Chief of Probation or his designees to execute any amendments which are technical or administrative in nature 25-123 Approved
