1. 3 Any person may address the Authority during its Oral Communications period. Presentations must not exceed three minutes in length, and individuals may speak only once during Oral Communications. All Public Comments must be directed to an item listed on today's Consent Agenda, yet to be heard on Regular Agenda, or a topic not on the agenda that is within the jurisdiction of the Authority. Authority members will not take action or respond immediately to any Oral Communications presented today, but may choose to follow up at a later time, either individually, or on a subsequent Agenda.
