4. 6 Approve amendment to agreement with the Pajaro Regional Flood Management Agency to provide operations and maintenance services on both the Santa Cruz and Monterey County sides of the flood control system, and take related actions
5. 7 Hold public hearing on the Zone 7 assessment rates for the 2025-26 fiscal year to hear objections and protests, if any, and take related actions
6. 8 Approve the 2025-26 Proposed Budget for Zone 7 Flood Control and Water Conservation District
