2. 5 AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SANTA CRUZ COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT - ZONE 5: Accept a Grant of Easement dedication for a vehicle access and storm drainage easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 052-071-20, and take related actions
