The Committee may not engage in discussion or take action on any item that is not specifically listed on the agenda. Informational Reports to Independent Citizens Oversight Committee: · Measure K 2022-23 Annual Audit and Report (Measure K is a sales tax increase approved by the voters in June 2014 to ensure continued and adequate Emergency Medical Services at Fire Station 70 by creating an Emergency Medical Services Squad “EMS” given the closure of Doctors Hospital.) · Measure Q 2022-23 Annual Audit and Report (Measure Q was a ten-year sales tax increase approved by the voters in June 2012 to be used for all general City services, including but not limited to, the following: public safety, job training and youth services. In November 2020, the voters approved Measure S which effectively extended the Measure Q sales tax for another ten years.) 24-197
