  20. 16 County Counsel, Tom Bunton, stated in the case of Gregory Hamil v. County of San Bernardino, et al., the Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 to file a cross-complaint against Gregory Hamil for damage he caused to Sheriff Department vehicles.

  23. 18 Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman highlighted the following items on the agenda: 39, 46, 47, 51, 79, and 103. He provided an update on the following board he sits on: Ontario International Airport. Supervisor Hagman said his office had two distinguished business presentations for Top Golf and Logan’s Candy. He also stated that he attended multiple community parades and was happy to see them well attended. Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. provided an update on the following boards he sits on: Omnitrans and Inland Valley Development Agency. He thanked those who attended his Holiday Open House. Supervisor Baca, Jr. highlighted the following events he attended: Grand Opening of Whitney Young Center, Shop with a Cop, and Basic Law Enforcement Graduation. He said the public has an opportunity through social media to pick the color scheme of the new playground at Glen Helen Regional Park. Supervisor Baca, Jr. stated he will be visiting two schools in Muscoy and allowing the 5th grade students to select new entry monuments. He highlighted the following items on the agenda: 77, 78, 79, 87, 98, 101, and 106. Second District Supervisor Jesse Armendarez wished everyone a Merry Christmas. He thanked his staff for the success of his Jingle and Mingle event. Supervisor Armendarez highlighted the following events he attended: San Antonio Foundation’s Annual Gala, San Bernardino County Court Legislative Open House, Omnitrans Gala, toy delivery at Redwood Elementary School, Fontana and Upland’s Christmas Parade, Special Angels Foundation’s Toy Giveaway, and Working Dogs for Warriors’ Annual Christmas Reading Experience and Toy Drive. He asked everyone to think of seniors and veterans this holiday season. Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe addressed the concerns regarding the wild burros.
