Speakers may address the Board for up to three (3) minutes total on the consent calendar, up to three (3) minutes on each discussion item, and up to three (3) minutes total on Public Comment, not to exceed a total of twelve (12) minutes for the meeting, unless it is determined that a different limit is appropriate.   24. 19 Vice Chair and Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. thanked Public Works and Code Enforcement for the Lytle-Cajon Wash Cleanup as they dealt with encampments, removed debris, and installed barriers to stop future illegal access. He highlighted the following events: Kessler Park Dream Field groundbreaking, Bloomington Deputy Meet and Greet, Glen Helen Nature Playground groundbreaking, Mobile Vet Clinic Tour event, and Fishing Day with a Supervisor event. He announced that Community Spotlight highlighted Alexander Mattison on March 24. Supervisor Baca, Jr. highlighted the following items on the agenda: 46, 66, and 72. He provided an update on the board he sits on: Local Agency Formation Commission. He thanked CEO Luther Snoke, Trevor Leja, and entire team for working on an agreement with San Bernardino County and City of Colton to provide water services. Second District Supervisor Jesse Armendarez highlighted the following upcoming event: CommuniTEA with the Supervisor on March 27 from 5 - 6:30 pm at Bubblicity in Rancho Cucamonga. He also announced that there will be two adoption events, in partnership with Animal Care & Control, from 10 - 4 pm at: Fontana Dog Park in Fontana on March 28 and Mt. Baldy Dog Park in Upland on March 30. Adoption fees will be waived in honor of Pet Adoption Week. First District Supervisor Col. Paul Cook (Ret.) spoke about the county and staff as we never forget the troops and their family. Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman stated that the four retirees this morning had 108 years of service collectively. He highlighted the following items on the agenda: 24 and 32. He provided an update on the following board he sits on: Inland Empire Health Plan. Supervisor Hagman highlighted the following upcoming events: Upland’s State of the City on March 25; World of Opportunity Reverse Vendor Show at the Ontario Convention Center on March 26; Shredding Event in the City of Chino Hills on March 29; and Chino Rancho Park grand opening on March 29. Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe highlighted the following item on the agenda: 40. Supervisor Rowe announced that she attended a lovely and memorable event at the Holocaust Museum with Supervisor Cook in tribute to David Wiener, a holocaust survivor.
