  21. 17 Chief Executive Officer, Luther Snoke, highlighted the County's Summer Youth Employment pilot program, SPARK, stating there were 132 interns and 29 participating departments.

  24. 19 Vice Chair and Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. highlighted the following events he attended: VARP Ribbon Cutting, various backpacks and back to school giveaways, and the Ayala Park Splash Pad Grand Opening. He said tonight is National Night Out and he will be in Bloomington, including a veterans monument unveiling. Vice Chair Baca, Jr. spoke about the following upcoming events: backpack giveaway at Zimmerman Elementary School, ARMC Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit Ribbon Cutting on August 7, 2025, and an expungement event with The Way the World Outreach Church and the Public Defender’s Office on August 14, 2025. He highlighted the following items on the agenda: 33, 43, 68, 96, 112, and 114. First District Supervisor Col. Paul Cook (Ret). encouraged veterans to take care of themselves, stating service is physically demanding and hard on the body. Second District Supervisor Jesse Armendarez highlighted the following events he attended: a tour of the Registrar of Voters, Boys and Girls Club backpack giveaway, fundraising to support Make-a-Wish, a shoe drive with the United Steelworkers Union in Fontana, Upland Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, Youth Camp in partnership the Empire Strykers, All Hands on Deck Program in Fontana, Fourth of July celebrations, CommuniTEA with the Supervisor, SEIU Local 2015 meeting, multiple mixers for the Inland Empire Regional Chamber of Commerce, SPARK Graduation, provided a $10,000 donation for Fontana Explorer Program, and provided $1,000 to Etiwanda High School Band. He said he started mobile office hours, visiting with constituents in the community at times and locations convenient to them. Supervisor Armendarez provided an update regarding the following board he sits on: National Association of Counties. He highlighted the following upcoming events: Open House on August 28, 2025 and various National Night Out events. He highlighted the following items on the agenda: 31 and 65. Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman congratulated Inland Empire Health Plan on receiving the Esri Special Achievement in GIS Award. He provided an update regarding the following board he sits on: Ontario International Airport Authority. Supervisor Hagman recognized Francis Animal Hospital for receiving the Fourth District Distinguished Business Award. Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe congratulated the Redlands Chamber of Commerce for being chosen as the inaugural winner of the Chamber of the Year Award. She recognized Mike Smith for receiving a Distinguished Service Medal and Dino Beltz for receiving the 2024 EMS Educator of the Year Award. Chair Rowe congratulated Big Bear Zoo and the staff on being selected as the 34th Assembly District Small Business of the Month Award recipient and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center on receiving the following awards: the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines – Stroke Plus Quality Achievement Award, Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus Award, and Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award.
