  23. 18 Vice Chair and Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. highlighted the following events he attended: SafeTALK Suicide Prevention event, Expectations Hispanic Heritage Exhibit, Del Rosa Community Dump Day, Juvenile Probation Resource Fair, Path Builder Program Graduation, Youth Advisory Council Orientation, Family Matters event, and the Fifth District Commissioners Round Table. He congratulated Arrowhead Regional Medical Center on their gift shop reopening. Vice Chair Baca, Jr. highlighted the following items on the agenda: 22, 44, 57, 84, 99, and 102. Second District Supervisor Jesse Armendarez highlighted the following events he attended: City of Rancho Cucamonga September 11 Memorial event, Inland Empire Regional Third Sunset Soirée, SafeTALK Suicide Prevention event, State of the County, and Fontana Unified School District Community Partnership Exchange. He stated September is National Suicide Prevention Month. Supervisor Armendarez highlighted the following item on the agenda: 44. Supervisor Hagman said the Montclair Post Office was renamed the Paul Eaton Post Office. He announced that his office is holding a shredding event on September 27 in Upland. Supervisor Hagman provided an update on the following boards he sits on: Ontario International Airport Authority and Southern California Association of Governments. Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe highlighted the following event she attended: State of the County. She thanked various County departments, Assemblymember Greg Wallis, and Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara for their storm response in Oak Glen and Forrest Falls.
