24. 19 Vice Chair and Fifth District Supervisor Joe Baca, Jr. highlighted the following events he attended: visit to Mary’s Haven, Fall Wellness Extravaganza, Bloomington Park Trunk or Treat, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Service Year Celebration, and Community Clean-up in Bloomington. He said he will be attending the Arrowhead Grove groundbreaking on November 4, 2025. Vice Chair Baca, Jr. highlighted the following items on the agenda: 33 and 48. First District Supervisor Col. Paul Cook (Ret.) said he will be visiting the Marine Corp Air Ground Combat Center and encouraged everyone to thank veterans and say a prayer for safe return. Second District Supervisor Jesse Armendarez highlighted the following events he attended: 10 trunk or treat events, Second Annual Foothill Family Shelter fundraiser, monthly pancake breakfast in Mt. Baldy, pop up office hours in Mt. Baldy, Inland Empire Chamber of Commerce Brightline West Conference. He said his officed blessed 100 families with a visit to the pumpkin patch, where they were able to take home a pumpkin. Supervisor Armendarez highlighted the following item on the agenda: 50. Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman highlighted the following items on the agenda: 3, 31, and 50. He provided an update regarding the following boards he sits on: Southern California Association of Governments and Ontario International Airport Authority. Supervisor Hagman highlighted the following events he attended: Chino Valley State of the Fire District and ICS 300 and ICS 400 training. He addressed the following upcoming events: Upland Police Department Open House on November 15, 2025 and Veteran Claim Event on November 8, 2025. He said County offices will be lit up green the next week in support of Operation Green Light for Veterans. Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe said the Big Bear Zoo will be hosting the first Wild Lights Event from November 5, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
