  20. 16 County Counsel, Laura Feingold, stated the Board, in Closed Session, considered Item No. 2, the matter of Jason Faghih v. Mohit Kumar Sehdev, et al. and voted 5-0 to authorize the filing of a cross-complaint against Insomniac Holdings, LLC for indemnity under an encroachment permit. The Board also considered Item No. 6, the matter of Martha Buelna v. County of San Bernardino, et al., and voted 5-0 to ratify the filing of a cross-complaint against SEA Financial, LLC and Bellasia Corporation for indemnity under a lease and service contract terms. Additionally, the Board considered Item No. 7 and voted 5-0 to authorize the filing of an action against defendants that will be disclosed upon request after the action is filed.
