  13. A. PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-230533; LOCATION: 2533 PALOS VERDES DRIVE NORTH; APPLICANT: DOMINGO OTTOLIA; A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-230534) for the 1,387 square foot two-story addition to an existing two-story single-family residence, and a Variance (V-230551) to exceed the height-to-setback ratio in the west side yard. The proposal includes an interior remodel of 665 square feet of the existing residence, a new 630 square foot rear balcony on the upper floor, a new 395 square foot rear covered patio on the lower floor, and minor improvements to the front façade and yard.
