PA-240472; ADDRESS: 550 Deep Valley Drive, Suite 116, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Mega Looma LLC; A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-240473) to allow an indoor amusement/entertainment facility that includes a snack bar for the sale of packaged foods, soft drinks, beer and wine within the Promenade PV shopping center. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: “CEQA”) and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 1 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Existing Facilities.
