PA-250337; ADDRESS: 1 Sweetgrass Lane, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Yehudah Younessian; DESCRIPTION: A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-250338) and approval of a Grading application (G-250339) for the demolition of three existing non-compliant structures and retaining walls, installation of compliant retaining walls and associated grading to stabilize the slope.
