PA-220115; LOCATION: CITYWIDE; APPLICANT: CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES; A Public Hearing to adopt a Resolution recommending City Council approval of an Ordinance amending and restating Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code Chapter 17.60 (Signs). The proposed amendments include: (1) expending the purposes of the chapter; (2) revising definitions and adding new terms; (3) establishing policies for the interpretation and implementation of the chapter; (4) providing additional opportunities for the display temporary noncommercial signs; (5) making minor changes to permitted commercial signs; (6) expanding the list of prohibited sign structures or types; (7) enhancing the design criteria; and (8) revising the appeal and enforcement procedures.
