NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CLUB VIEW LANE STORM DRAIN REPAIR PROJECT BY E.C. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Accept the Club View Lane Storm Drain Repair Project as complete; 2) Authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion form with the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office on March 25, 2020; and 3) If no claims are filed within 35 days after recordation, direct staff to release the 5% construction retention payment to E.C. Construction Co. in the amount of $2,366.50.
