Memorandum from Jeannie Naughton, AICP, Planning Manager Recommendation: That the City Council 1) Open the Public Hearing; 2) Take Public Testimony; 3) Discuss Ordinance No. 727; 4) Find that the proposed ordinance is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, per Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15061(b)(3); 5) Approve for introduction, Ordinance 727 to amend and restate section 16.04.070 of the Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code pertaining to repeal of the County subdivision code section applicable to duration of approvals for lease projects; and 6) Continue the Public Hearing for a second reading and adoption, to the next City Council meeting of September 24, 2019.
