Memorandum from David Wahba, Community Development/Public Works Director and Mike Whitehead, Administrative Services Director Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Accept the City Hall Renovation Project as complete; 2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the project with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's Office on September 25, 2019; and 3) If no claims are filed within 35 days after recordation, direct staff to release the 5% construction retention payment to PUB Construction, Inc. in the amount of $20,347.08.
