REQUEST FOR SUPPORT OF PROPOSED LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES 2019 ANNUAL CONFERENCE RESOLUTION ON RULE 20A FUNDING Memorandum from Greg Grammer, City Manager Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the Mayor to submit a letter in support of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes' effort to bring a resolution for consideration at the League of California Cities Annual 2019 Conference to amend Rule 20A to add projects in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones to the list of eligibility criteria, and to increase funding allocations for Rule 20A projects.
