PARK AND ACTIVITIES COMMISSION ACTION ITEM: MOUNTED SHOOTING COMPETITION Memorandum from Cynthia Morquecho, Community Services Supervisor Recommendation: Based upon the review of event information submitted and demonstration by the California Desperados to host their Cowboy mounted shooting event at Ernie Howlett Park, and with consideration of the type of noise produced by the event activity, the Equestrian Committee and Park and Activities Commission recommend that the City Council deny the event request to host a mounted shooting event at Ernie Howlett Park.
