AND NEIGHBORHOOD VICINITY Memorandum from David Wahba, Director of Community Development/Public Works Recommendation: That the City Council enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (RPV) to participate in RPV's resurfacing project to repave our portions of streets located in the Mesa Palos Verdes neighborhood (Quailwood Drive, Scottwood Drive, Stonecrest Road and Whitley Collins Drive) for a cost not to exceed $199,781.
