CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT Memorandum from Donald M. Davis, City Attorney Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Appoint Greg Grammer City Manager effective as of July 9, 2019 and approve the execution of the City Manager Employment Agreement; and 2) Adopt the First Amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement providing for PARS longevity deferred compensation contributions by the City on behalf of Mr. Grammer at an amount equal to five percent (5%) of his annual base salary effective July 9, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
