Whitehead, Administrative Services Director Recommendation: That the City Council: (1) Open the Public Hearing and take public testimony related to the budget adoption including: appropriation limit, fees & charges, fund balance policy and investment policy; (2) Close the Public Hearing; and (3) Review and adopt Resolution 2438 - Adopting the consolidated Budget; Resolution 2439 - Establishing the 2018-19 Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit; Resolution 2440 - Establishing Schedule of Municipal Fees & Charges; Statement of Fund Balance Policy; and Statement of Investment Policy.
