MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO PROVIDE SUMMER SWIM PROGRAM SERVICES AT PALOS VERDES PENINSULA HIGH SCHOOL POOL Memorandum from Andy Clark, Community Services Director Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to enter into and execute the following contractual documents consistent with prior practice: 1) Memorandum of Understanding between the Cities of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District for use of the Palos Verdes Peninsula High School Pool; and 2) Amendment to the Agreement between the Cities of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates and the San Pedro & Peninsula YMCA for the coordination of the Summer Swim Program.
