PLANNING APPLICATION NO. 02-19 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER 16.04 OF THE ROLLING HILLS ESTATES MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISIONS AND REPEALING CHAPTERS 16.12, 16.16 AND 16.20 OF THE ROLLING HILLS ESTATES MUNICIPAL CODE Memorandum from David Wahba, Planning Director Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) review the attached draft ordinance that would amend and restate Chapter 16.04 of the Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code (RHEMC), pertaining to subdivisions; and, repeal Chapters 16.12, 16.16 and 16.20 of the RHEMC; 2) introduce the attached ordinance for first reading; and 3) direct staff to bring back an ordinance for Public Hearing, second reading and adoption at the next City Council meeting of February 12, 2019.
