  3. 3 Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23976, members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting. In that regard, members of all Boards and Commissions, as well as the public participants are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Council, Boards and commissions, or their presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.   12. 2 Conduct a Public Hearing to engage community and receive input related to renewal of Water Conservation Surcharge applicable to all Riverside Public Utilities water customers - Recommend City Council approve renewal of Water Conservation Surcharge applicable to all Riverside Public Utilities water customers, effective through ten years thereafter and adopt resolution establishing revised Schedules WA-1A, WA-1B, WA-2, WA-3, WA-4, WA-5, WA-6, WA-7, WA-8, WA-9, WA-10, WA-11, and WA-12 effective upon Council approval through ten years thereafter - A Resolution of the Board of Public Utilities of the City of Riverside, California, (1) adopting and establishing the renewal of the water conservation surcharge of 1.5 percent of total water rates and charges (originally adopted and established on May 25, 2004 by City Council Resolution 20695, and renewed on April 22, 2014 by City Council Resolution 22675) by amending Water Rate Schedules WA-1A, WA-1B, WA-2, WA-3, WA-4, WA-5, WA-6, WA-7, WA-8, WA-9 , WA-10, WA-11, and WA-12, effective upon Council approval through ten years thereafter; (2) making related findings of fact; and (3) recommending City Council approval thereof - Waive further reading
