The Community Police Review Commission was created in order to promote public confidence in the professionalism and accountability of the sworn staff of the Riverside Police Department.   3. 3 Pursuant to the City Council Rules of Procedure and Order of Business, the Members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting.
