- 12 Monthly Activity Report for City of Rialto Waste Management Services RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Utilities Commission receive and file this report for the month of April 2024.
- 13 Professional Service Agreement Amendment No. 3 with Soto Resources. RECOMMENDATION Request that the Utilities Commission recommend that the City Council approve Professional Service Agreement Amendment No. 3 with Soto Resources in the amount of $100,000 to provide additional as-needed grant writing assistance.
