Conditional Use Permits 22304-2023 and 22301-2023 (Continued from Dec 13, 2023) Project Address: 350 North Garey Avenue Project Applicant: Spectra Company Project Planner: Ata Khan, Planning Manager Council District: CC District No. 2 Request for a Conditional Use Permit to sell alcohol on-site and establish a public assembly use at an existing facility. Staff has determined that the proposed project meets the criteria for a Class 1 - Existing Facilities exemption under Article 19, Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Planning Commission will consider this environmental determination at the public hearing. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve both Conditional Use Permits, subject to the conditions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 23-013 and 23-014. 24-1019
