Seventh Street. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine the structures on 1105 E. Alvarado Street (File No. DHS-000089-2024) holds sufficient historic qualities to deem the original structures on the site as a contributor to historically significant buildings stock in the City of Pomona and adopt Resolution No. No. 24-007. 24-1198
