Seventh Street. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine the structures on 1105 E. Seventh Street are not Historic, and adopt HPC Resolution No. 24-005. 24-1199

Alvarado St. Project Applicant: Sandra and Ricky Pineda Project Planner: Carlos Molina, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 4 A request to make a Determination of Historic Significance for 650 E. Alvarado St. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine the property located at 650 E. Alvarado Street (File No. DHS-000089-2024) holds sufficient historic qualities to deem the original structures on the site as a contributor to historically significant buildings stock in the City of Pomona and adopt Resolution No. No. 24-007. 24-1198
