AIPP Bi-Annual Funding 2024 - Open Call (Part B) Staff recommends the Cultural Arts Commission review and approve Part B - Proposals for the next step of selected Letter of Inquiries for the Art in Public Places Bi-Annual Funding 2024 - Open Call. In this approval will include the requirements for Proposals, and an $800 award stipend for the proposal submission on June 3, 2024. 24-1337

Procedure on Reviewing AIPP Bi-Annual Funding 2024 - Open Call (Part A: LOIs) Staff requests the Cultural Arts Commission members state their conflict of interests for the Letter of Inquiries received for the Art in Public Places Bi-Annual Funding 2024 - Open Call and receive instruction on the scoring needed to review each applicant. All scores will be totaled for the Commission meeting in May 2024. 24-1338
