La Verne Ave. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Time Extension (EXT 000866-2024) granting a one-year time extension for Conditional Use Permit (CUP 16605-2021) subject to the conditions of PC Resolution No. 22-021. If approved, the expiration date for Conditional Use Permit (CUP 016605-2021) will be extended from June 08, 2024, to June 08, 2025. 24-1611
