9. 1. FY 2025-26 Budget Study Session It is recommended that the City Council review the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets and provide staff direction. The presentation is also included. The Fiscal Year 2025-26 Proposed Operating Budget and Fiscal Year 2025-26 Proposed Capital Improvements Program Budget hard copy versions have been provided to the Mayor and City Council and are available in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall.
