Myrtle Avenue. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine the structures on 835 N. Myrtle Avenue are not Historic, and adopt HPC Resolution No. 25-013.

Mission Boulevard. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine the structures on 1057 E. Mission Boulevard are historic and to adopt HPC Resolution No. 25-014.

Lexington Avenue (Martin Luther King, Jr. Park) Project Applicant: City of Pomona Project Planner: Alan Fortune, Associate Planner Council District: CC District No. 2 A request to make a Determination of Historic Significance (DHS-000416-2025) for the restroom facilities and attached shade structure at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park at 800 W. Lexington Avenue. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine that the restroom facilities and attached shade structure within Martin Luther King, Jr. Park at 800 W. Lexington Avenue, is not Historic and adopt HPC Resolution No. 25-015.

Oueijan Project Planner: Alina Barron, Senior Planner Council District: CC District No. 2 A request to make a Determination of Historic Significance for 1060 W. Mission Boulevard. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Historic Preservation Commission determine that one of the four structures located at 1060 W. Mission Boulevard (File No. DHS-000357-2025) are historic and adopt Resolution No. 25-018 (Attachment No. 1).
