Garey Avenue Project Applicant: Austin Dang, CDA + PDG Project Planner: Alex Jimenez, Senior Planner Council District: CC District No. 6 A request for a time extension for a Development Plan Review (DPR 21813-2023) and Conditional Use Permit (CUP 21812-2023), to develop a three-story multi-family residential building with 20 attached condominiums, a parking garage and amenities. The project site is located in the Workplace Gateway Segment of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan in District 6. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Time Extension (EXT 000170-2026) granting a one-year time extension, subject to the conditions of approval in PC Resolution No. 25-007 and PC Resolution No. 25-009. If approved, the expiration date will be extended to June 11, 2027.

Mission Blvd Project Applicant: David Sandoval Project Planner: Irene Mouré, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 2 A request to obtain a Conditional Use Permit to allow an existing restaurant a Type-41 (On-Sale, Beer and Wine - Eating Place) California Alcoholic and Beverage Control license. City staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 1530 (Class 1) Existing Facilities of the CEQA Guidelines. Recommendation Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve CUP-000709-2025 and adopt PC Resolution No. 26-006.
