East End Avenue Project Applicant: Marla and Gabriel Arreola and Jessie Martinez Project Planner: Karina Diaz, Associate Planner Council District: CC District No. 3 A request for a second time extension for a Tentative Parcel Map (PARCELMAP-01330-2022), to subdivide one parcel (approximately 1.12 acres) into two separate parcels (approximately 0.56 acres each) located in “Workplace District 4” zoning district. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve Time Extension (EXT-000261-2026) granting a one-year time extension, subject to the conditions of approval in PC Resolution No. 24-004.   10. 10 1. Modification of Conditional Use Permit (CUP-000278-2026) Project Address: 101 W. Mission Blvd., Suite 101 Project Applicant: John Pena, Mission Oak Group, LLC Project Planner: Irene Moure, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 2 Applicant’s request to modify Conditional Use Permit (CUP-000278-2024) to remove Condition of Approval #12.c. from Planning Commission Resolution No. 24-024. Condition of Approval, #12.c., reads as “Noise Control. The roll-up door on the north side of the property must remain closed during accessory entertainment events to reduce noise levels and prevent spillage of attended from indoors of the premises to exterior walkways and parking areas”. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 Existing Facilities of the California CEQA Guidelines. Recommendation Approve the request to remove PC Resolution No. 24-024 Condition of Approval #12.c. and adopt PC Resolution No. 26-012. 26-1605
