Council will take no action other than referring the item to staff for study and analysis and may place the item on a future agenda (Resolution 92-25).
2. 5 Receive a presentation regarding departmental priority items for the FY2026-2027 annual budget and provide high-level direction to Staff to be used in the upcoming FY2026-2027 budget development process.
