Council will take no action other than referring the item to staff for study and analysis and may place the item on a future agenda (Resolution 92-25)
2. 5 All items are approved by a single action. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion upon request from a member of the Public, Staff and/or Councilmember.
3. 6 Receive and accept the Technology Master Plan and direct the City Manager to establish a Technology Steering Committee to facilitate the successful implementation of the Plan by providing strategic guidance, governance, and oversight for the City’s technology investments.
4. 7 Approve First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 886, Reading by Title Only, Waiving Further Reading, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Amending Sections 10.40.030, Certain streets—Thirty-five miles per hour, and 10.40.040, Certain streets—Twenty-five miles per hour, of Chapter 10.40, Speed Limits, of Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Patterson Municipal Code to Remove Streets that Were Not Included in the 2024 Engineering and Traffic Survey.
