2. 1 The Special Concurrent Meeting Of The Oakland Redevelopment Successor Agency/City Council convened at 1:50 P.M., with Council President Fotunato Bas presiding as Chairperson. The Roll Call was modified to note Councilmember Jenkins present at 1:57 p.m.
