- CS1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations and to give direction to its negotiators regarding that certain real property, a portion of which is contained within or adjacent to Parcel No. 963-060-086 in the City of Murrieta, Riverside County, CA. The City’s real property negotiators, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and City Attorney, will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms for this property.
- CS2. Conference with Real Property Negotiator The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations and to give direction to its negotiators regarding that certain real property located at the Northwest Corner of Linnel Lane and Whitewood Road, Murrieta, Riverside County, CA, APN: 392-290-048. The City’s real property negotiators, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and City Attorney, will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms for this property.
- CS3. Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.9(d)(2), because there is a significant exposure to litigation in one case.

Conference with Labor Negotiators The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, with the City Manager, the City Attorney, and the City's negotiators, regarding labor negotiations with (1) the Murrieta General Employees’ Association; and (2) the Murrieta Supervisors’ Association.

Public Employee Performance Evaluation and Compensation The City Council will hold a closed session with the City's personnel officer, the city manager, pursuant to Government Code Sections 54957 and 54957.6(a), to conduct an employee performance evaluation of the City Manager and to discuss the salary, compensation and fringe benefits provided to the City Manager.
