- CS1. Conference with Real Property Negotiators The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations and to give direction to its negotiators regarding that certain real property, at the intersection of Kalmia Street and Jefferson Avenue, APN 903-080-041, 906-080-042, and 906-080-033 with Bold Communities and Fidelis Advisors. The City's real property negotiators, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Development Services Director, Economic Development Director, and City Attorney, will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms for this property.

Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with the City Manager and legal counsel regarding 1 litigation case: Hock v. City of Murrieta; Case No. CVME2501856; Riverside County Superior Court.

Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding litigation to which the City is a party. The title of such litigation is as follows: City of Dublin, et al. vs. Cephalon, Inc., et al.; Case Number 1:20-op-45255-DAP; US District Court for Northern Ohio.
