10. 2. a. Receive a presentation from staff and Ascent Environmental on the status of the Community Climate Action & Adaptation Plan and the options for moving forward; and, b. Recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the Board approve a contract with Ascent Environmental to prepare a “Non-Qualified” climate action plan for the County with CEQA thresholds; and, c. Provide direction to staff as needed. 24-133
11. 3. a. Receive a presentation from the Monterey County Green Business Network on the network’s activities and importance to the County climate action; and b. Consider providing support for a funding request to the Board of Supervisors during the FY 2024-25 Budget Hearings. 24-134
