- 5 1. Consider approval of minutes from the Monterey County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) Executive Committee meeting on May 15, 2025.
- 6 DISCUSSION OR REVIEW OF BUSINESS CALENDAR ACTION ITEMS:
- 7 1. Consider and approve the reappointment of Paula Calvetti, representing Business, for a term anticipated to expire on June 17, 2028, and that the MCWDB forward the reappointment to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.
- 8 2. Action: Consider and approve the reappointment of Salvador Munoz, representing Business, for a term anticipated to expire on June 17, 2028, and that the MCWDB forward the reappointment to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.
- 9 3. Action: Consider and approve the reappointment of Michael Gutierrez, representing Education, for a term anticipated to expire on June 17, 2028, and that the MCWDB forward the reappointment to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.

Action: Consider and approve extending the agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) One-Stop Operator Services in the amount of $334,532 for Program Year (PY) 2025-26, and forward the recommendation to the full board for consideration at its meeting of June 18, 2025.

Action: Consider and approve extending the agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Services in the amount of $1,300,000 for PY 2025-26, and forward the recommendation to the full board for consideration at its meeting of June 18, 2025.

Action: Consider and approve extending the existing agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide WIOA Title I Youth Services in the amount of $650,000 in North Monterey County for PY 2025-26, and forward the recommendation to the full board for consideration at its meeting of June 18, 2025.

Action: Consider and approve extending the existing agreement with Turning Point of Central California to provide WIOA Title I Youth Services in the amount of $700,000 in South Monterey County for PY 2025-26, and forward the recommendation to the full board for consideration at its meeting of June 18, 2025
