Support lowest bid price as the basis of award for the 2025 JOC bids.
- 4 a. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. A-16331, Multi-Year Agreement #3200*7161, with C M Pros (Agreement) to provide additional construction management services for the Robinson Canyon Road Bridge Scour Repair Project, County Bridge No. 503, Request for Proposals (RFP) #10807, to increase the not to exceed maximum by $61,398 to a total of $478,398 with no extension to the term from June 6, 2023 to June 5, 2026, with the option to extend the Agreement for two additional 1-year period(s); and b. Authorize the Contracts & Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. A-16331and future amendments to the Agreement, including term extensions beyond the original anticipated five-year term of RFP #10807, where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work as determined by the Director of PWFP or designee or increase the approved Agreement amount.
