Assessor’s Parcel Number(s): 015-164-001-000 through 015-164-093-000 Project Planner: Mary Israel Area Plan: Carmel Valley Master Plan Project Description: Design Approval for the market rate housing in Rancho Cañada Village (93 units on lots created by PLN040061-AMD1). Pattern Book provides three models with three variations and accessory dwelling unit options (and additional minor design variations for three exceptionally-shaped lots); body colors and materials consist of cream, khaki, peach stucco with tan stone veneer or dark gray, brown or black metal or wood siding accents, brown or black appurtenances, and charcoal composite roofing; a plant palette is included. The project includes a Tree Planting Plan for 291 evergreen and 82 deciduous trees to be planted by the developer and maintained by the Home Owners Association.
