  7. 2 ACTION: Concur with the Executive Committee’s June 24, 2026, recommendation to approve extending the agreement with Arbor E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker case management services in the amount of $1,300,000 for Program Year (PY) 2026-27. 26-674
