  3. 3 Members of the audience who wish to address the City Council are requested to complete the sign in sheet located at the entrance. All speakers will be given three minutes for their comments to allow members of the audience wishing to speak to do so.
  4. 4 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES OR NEEDING INTERPRETATION SERVICES
  5. 5 Accommodation for individuals with disabilities may be arranged by contacting the City Clerk at (209) 388-8650. Assisted hearing devices are available for meetings held in the Council Chamber. Both Spanish and Hmong interpreters are available at all Regular City Council and Town Hall meetings.
