  4. 4 Members of the audience who wish to address the Recreation and Parks Commission are requested to complete a speaker card available at the podium against the back of the Council Chamber. Please submit the completed card to the Recreation and Parks Commission Clerk before the item is called, preferably before the meeting begins. Material may be emailed to (insert Board/Commission contact email) no later than 1 PM on the day of the meeting. Please specify which portion of the agenda you are commenting on, for example, Report item # or Public Comment. Your comments will be presented to the Recreation and Parks Commission at the appropriate time.   12. E.2. SUBJECT: Review Youth Center Program Quarterly Reports in Consideration of use of the Facility as a Service Provider. REPORT IN BRIEF Youth Service Providers have submitted the attached reports to communicate program efforts to the Recreation and Parks Commission in consideration of their use of the facility as a Service Provider. SUBJECT: Requesting Consideration of Commission Recommendation for Amending Service Agreements for Use of Central Youth Center by Restorative Justice League and Challenged Family Resource Center and Use of McNamara Youth Center by LifeLine CDC for an additional Three-Year Term with the Potential to Extend Two More, Not to Exceed 5 Years in Total. REPORT IN BRIEF Consider Recommendation to amend service agreement for use of Central Youth Center by Restorative Justice League and Challenged Family Resource Center and use of McNamara Youth Center by LifeLine CDC for a Three-Year Term with the potential to extend two additional years for a not to exceed 5-year term. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a service agreement with Restorative Justice League for youth programming at the Central Youth Center for a three-year term; and, B. Approving a service agreement with Challenged Family Resource Center for youth programming at the Central Youth Center for a three-year term; and, C. Approving a service agreement with Lifeline CDC for youth programing at the McNamara Youth Center for a three-year term D. SUBJECT: Approving Request from the Chance Dobbins Sr. Charity for the Co-Sponsored Rental Rate for the Merced Senior Community Center for Club 67 Monthly Dances REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a request for the co-sponsored rate for the rental of the Merced Senior Community Center by the Chance Dobbins Sr. Charity to host Club 67 monthly dances on one Friday per month. RECOMMENDATION Recreation and Parks Commission - Adopt a motion approving the request for monthly rentals of the Merced Senior Community Center for Club 67 dances at the co-sponsored rental rate. 25-336
