RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., in the annual amount of $189,909, to provide landscape maintenance services at various City owned facilities, well sites, streetscapes, and medians for two years and five months, with an option to renew for a maximum of (3) three additional one-year periods, effective February 1, 2024; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to sign the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
